François Bélanger is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in the following fields: real estate investment, private financing, project management, construction management, general contracting, Telecom, and municipal relations. As the Senior Real Estate Director at Bell Mobility, he managed a portfolio of over 1200 commercial leases in addition to overseeing municipal relations. François led the national program management for Telus’ cellular network transformation to 3G, a project exceeding 350 million dollars. Since 2003, he has been an active real estate investor, acquiring rental properties in Quebec and the United States, engaging in flips, and lease-purchase agreements. He now serves as the president of a private financing company and owns a portfolio of rental properties on the south shore of Montreal.
