As CFO, Ms. Kotsoros is responsible for overall financial management of Tactex, its financial reporting, financial forecasting, financial analysis, capital commitment, treasury, and the firms taxes. Ms. Kotsoros additionally oversees the financial management of Tactico Inc., parent company to Tactex, and all its portfolio companies. Ms. Kotsoros has been with Tactico Inc. since its inception in 2007. Prior to Tactico Inc, Ms. Kotsoros was CFO and project manager for an online education company. Ms. Kotsoros started her career in the relocation division of Canada Trust in 1991.
