Kenneth Henry is the Chief Compliance Officer at Tactex Asset Management and is responsible for leading the firm’s regulatory compliance program. Mr. Henry has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial sector with more than 20 years’ experience holding progressively senior roles within compliance with multiple CIRO, MFDA and AMF regulated firms. Mr. Henry also chairs the firm’s board of directors.
