Our services also include facilitating transactions with qualifying Canadian investors in the prospectus exempt market and establishing cost effective investment funds for institutional clients.

Tactex Asset Management is registered as a Portfolio Manager in all Canadian provinces, as an Investment Fund Manager in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec, and as an Exempt Market Dealer in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
